Skipton Intermediaries has launching a web chat service for all of its broker partners following a successful trial with over 850 brokers.
As part of Skipton Intermediaries’ promise to deliver a five star level of customer service, Skipton is always striving to find new ways to support their brokers and enhance the service it offers. The introduction of web chat is one of the many recent changes that Skipton has made to its services.
The web chat service is manned by their specially trained advisers who are solely dedicated to providing support to their brokers. This service is available between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Paul Darwin, Director of Skipton Intermediary Relationships, said:
