Skipton Intermediaries launch day one mortgage valuations following successful trial

Skipton Intermediaries is today (Tuesday 28th June) launching day one mortgage valuations on all of its mortgage applications, following a successful trial which found a reduction of up to four days in the application to offer wait time for brokers and their clients.  

As Skipton Intermediaries is committed to listening to its broker partners, it recognises that the number one service metric in the market is speed. Skipton regularly reviews its services to ensure they are meeting the needs of their broker partners and set up a trial of day one mortgage valuations to improve its own application speed and efficiency.  

Due to the success of the trial, from today Skipton will be immediately instructing standard valuations on receipt of all complete purchase and remortgage cases from brokers. In addition to this, Skipton Intermediaries has extended the hours of its e-mortgage service to enable its broker partners to use the online site to submit complete cases up to 10.00pm on evening, providing partners with a flexible and convenient online service.
