Mansfield launches in Scotland

Mansfield Building Society has taken its lending north of the boarder, launching its residential mortgage proposition including its prime residential, self-build, Retirement Interest Only (RIO) and Versatility products in Scotland.

Those seeking to purchase, remortgage or build their own residential properties in mainland Scotland* can now benefit from the Society’s flexible approach to mortgage lending.

Residential criteria available from The Mansfield includes capital repayment and interest only lending up to age 85, interest only with property downsizing, Family Assist at 100% LTV and support for self-employed and contractors, including zero hours contracts. Unusual property types can also be considered as part of the lender’s Versatility proposition.
