Good news from Newcastle Intermediaries that demonstrate their commitment to delivering positive impacts for brokers, adding real value and creating incremental growth opportunities.
- Brokers are now able to submit BTL business direct to us using their new online BTL application process – please note they are widening BTL distribution to all of theirr key partner distributors; there will still be an option to submit packaged BTL cases through TBMC
- They’re increasing the max loan size for BTL to £500k
- All BTL application rental stress is now calculated on an interest only basis even if a repayment or part/part loan is required
- They are increasing the max age for Residential mortgages from 75 to 80
The above changes will all be implemented and ‘live’ with effect from Monday 21st November
