Enhanced adviser support at Leeds Building Society

 

  • The Leeds Building Society Service Desk is now open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days per week, on 0113 225 7889 for all updates on existing cases etc.
  • The BDM team has expanded to 14 BDMs, whose details are all on the Society’s website www.leedsbuildingsociety.co.uk/intermediaries/contact/  (This includes support in Northern Ireland)
  • Field based BDMs are backed up by an additional 12 Telephone BDMs.  When the field based BDMs’ phones are busy/unavailable, calls divert to the TBDMs, with equal knowledge/experience to ensure broker queries get the same level of service and are dealt with immediately
