Decision in Principle improvements from Nationwide For Intermediaries

From today, Monday 16 September, a mortgage Decision in Principle (DIP) will no longer leave a hard footprint on your clients' credit history. This means you can obtain a DIP decision without it negatively affecting your client's credit score.

A hard footprint will only be recorded when a Full Mortgage Application has been submitted.
